Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping Within the UAE

  • Standard delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 business days.

  • Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

  • Shipping fees are FREE for all UAE.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address and phone number are entered correctly.
5F Bakhoor is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Failure to receive an order due to missing customer contact information

If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us via Instagram (@5fbakhoor.ae) and we will assist you.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp (depending on the courier).

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In this case:

  • You may request a reshipment (additional shipping fee applies)
